  We try to keep product images and descriptions accurate, but slight colour variations may occur. Prices are in PKR and may change without notice.

  4. Orders & Payment
  Information provided at the time of order must be accurate. Orders may be cancelled/refused in case of fraud or unavailability of stock. Payment methods: COD (Pakistan only), Bank Transfer, JazzCash/Easypaisa, Credit/Debit Card.

  5. Order Cancellation
  A confirmation call will be made before dispatch. If you wish to cancel, let us know at that time — it's the easiest way. Cancellation may still be possible afterward, depending on the condition of the order.

  6. Shipping

  • Pakistan: 2–3 days
  • International: 7–14 days (customs duty is the customer's responsibility)
    Delays caused by courier/customs are not Maalik's responsibility.

  7. Return, Exchange & Refund
  Returns/exchanges accepted within 7 days, item must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping cost is borne by the customer, except for defective/wrong items. Refunds are processed within 3–5 days — contact via email or WhatsApp.

  Applicable only to items where warranty is mentioned in the product description.
